• When you apply your team and players for a tournament registered in KICKON FOOTBALL, the tournament organizer will receive your contact number for communication purpose
• When you apply for a club trials, the club admin will get your contact information for communication.
• In case you are a tournament organizer you will have to display your contact details to all users as a point to communicate.
• Your Contact Number and Email will only made public when you wish to make it public.
• The content which you post on the platform would be displayed on a public forum and would be visible for all users who search for it. These content may be the post you publish, comments posted by you, external link shared by you, your Profile photo, Friends list etc.

• You grant to KickOn Football a worldwide, non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free and fully-paid, transferable right (including the right to sublicense) to exercise all copyright, publicity, and moral rights with respect to any User Generated Content you post on the KickOn Football Social Networks in any media formats and through any media channels.
• KickOn Football expressly disclaims any liability or responsibility for the User Generated Content posted to its Social Networks, and such content does not necessarily represent the opinions or positions of KickOn Football.
• KickOn Football does not promise or guarantee that any User Generated Content posted on the KickOn Football Social Networks is correct or accurate, and KickOn Football does not necessarily agree with or endorse such content.
• KickOn Football retains the right to decline to post any User Generated Content, or remove any previously posted content on KickOn Football Social Networks in our sole discretion.
• You understand that when using the Site or the KickOn Football Social Networks, you will be exposed to User Generated Content from a variety of sources, and that KickOn Football is not responsible for the usefulness, safety, or intellectual property rights of or relating to such User Generated Content. • In an event of displaying sponsors, the contract is between the event organizer and the user and KickOn football will not be a part of the same. And nither KickOn Football would be help responsible for any issues. KickOn Football will have rights to deactivate the event if the sponsors, banner or any content in the event is inappropriate, adultory, spreading haterate or hurting someones sentiments (KickOn Football will not be answerable for removable of such events).

• The contract between the sponsor and event organizers would be between the two parties and KickOn Football will not be a responsible part of it. If in an event of any technical issues or any issues related to the banners on the platform should be sorted between those two parties without taking KickOn Football in any sort of discussion.

• Sponsors who are in contract directly with KickOn Football will provide leads of event organizers or players, and the platform will only play a role of co-ordinator. Once the Sponsor and Event organizers get in contact or any sort of contract then KickOn Football will not play a part in that.
